We will like you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience in HR or IT
  • Experience using a Human Capital Management System
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexible and multi-tasking
  • Customer oriented and conscientious
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Required to manage time effectively in order to complete workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve and evaluate customers` needs
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a large number of cases, and adjust to changing priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Professional certifications in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field is an advantage
  • 3 years progressive experience in a multi-business unit and/or a shared services environment is an advantage
  • Fluent in one additional language (Spanish, Italian, French, Norwegian or Icelandic) is an advantage
  • HR Systems knowledge is an advantage
  • Helpdesk Support experience is an advantage
  • Experience in a high volume transactional services environment is an advantage
  • Human Resources legislation awareness is an advantage
  • Data Protection Act awareness is an advantage

How your typical day would go:

  • Providing Techno-functional support to users of the HR GPS Modules, Core HR, Performance management, compensation, manager self-service, and employee self-service functionality.
  • Maintaining a customer focused approach when delivering an efficient and effective GPS support to the employees, managers and HR Users within the terms of the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensuring all requests and enquiries are processed in a professional and courteous manner to ensure high levels of service excellence to all levels within the organization.
  • Analyse and resolve reported system issues in collaboration with key upstream and downstream partners to support issue resolution and any GPS application enhancement development
  • Producing and analysing metrics to measure effectiveness of services and solutions.
  • Ensuring support documentation for users is accurate, updated and reviewed periodically.
  • Perform ASAT related testing as assigned by the team.
  • Monitor and support GPS support Mailbox requests.
  • Interacting on a daily basis with HR teams globally, location line managers and other location staff at all levels, via telephone, emails and Incident tickets.
  • Managing high volumes of work during peak business cycles with accuracy.
  • Review the end to end process and find opportunities for improvements and increase efficiency of services
  • Perform any tasks which may be needed for the department’s work and is not in contradiction with the laws and the company policies and regulations
  • Interacting on a daily basis with business unit HR staff, HR technology and IT teams across Europe and in the U.S., location line managers and other location staff at all levels, via telephone, emails and ServiceNow tickets.
  • Managing high volumes of work at particular periods of the business cycle.
  • Maintaining a high customer-focused approach while operating within agreed SLAs.
  • Proactively improving the support provided by HR Technology Team.
